En May 2011, AXXAIR brought back its distribution network at a SALES MEETING held in its Headquarters in Etoile-sur-Rhône to present the new design of its range, its novelties and its international business development.

CC1100 - THE BIGGEST ORBITAL CUTTING IN THE WORLD

The last success of AXXAIR……
Designer and manufacturer of cutting machines, bevel and orbital welding of tubes, AXXAIR has just delivered the biggest orbital cutting machine worldwide to this day, the CC1100.
Covering from 711 mm to 1016 mm diameters, it is equipped with 2 engines for performing the cut in a ½ rotation (180 ° to 360 °) half as well as a clamp systelm concentric to the jaws in automatic thanks to 2 actuators release cut and mounted pneumatic control enclosure on the machine
It is delivered with sets of jaws and collars stainless steel for 4 different diameters of pipes (the other diameters are on request) and with an automatic rotation.
The need of our customers is cutting big diameters with thickness from 3 to 10 mm, therefore bearing tube distortion problems when tightening and vibration of the cut. AXXAIR technology of these various problems with concentric clamping of the jaws, as well as the proximity of the jaws and the blade cutting system.
This machine is THE production solution to cut large diameter tubes in different sectors of activity where quality and productivity are essential
