New OX-3000, OX-4500 and OX-6625 deliver precision, flexibility and simplified setup for orbital TIG welding applications
S.F.E. Group is pleased to introduce the new AXXAIR OX Series Open Orbital Weld Heads, designed to deliver precise, repeatable orbital TIG welding with the flexibility to meet a wide range of tube welding requirements.
The new series includes the OX-3000, OX-4500 and OX-6625, covering tube outside diameters from 19 to 170 mm (0.75 to 6.625 in.). Available for welding with or without filler metal, the OX Series combines a compact, modular design with strong clamping and precise torch positioning for reliable welding in both workshop and on-site applications.
Flexible Orbital Welding for Demanding Applications
Designed for versatility, the OX Series allows accessories and options to be easily integrated to suit different welding requirements. Tool-free adjustments simplify setup and allow operators to quickly adjust the electrode position for accurate alignment.
The weld heads feature precise mechanical profile tracking to help maintain consistent weld quality, while the tiltable torch provides additional flexibility during operation. An ergonomic handle with integrated remote controls gives operators convenient access to key welding functions.
Each weld head also features a water-cooled 8 m (26 ft) welding torch for reliable performance in demanding welding applications.
