Quality service for our customers.

AXXAIR supports its customers throughout the global process of orbital cutting, squaring, beveling and welding in over 60 countries worldwide. We are focused on providing a high quality service in this process while always putting our customers first. This starts by determining the welding parameters and analysing the necessary preparation during the pre-sale phase. We then train the welders and welding machine operators on the equipment to ensure that our users can handle every type of application they might be confronted with later on their own.

Equipment Warranty

Once the warranty card we include in the delivery has been returned to us, we issue a 24-month warranty for mechanical and pneumatic components and 12 months for electrical and electronic components. All our suppliers are carefully selected on the basis of the highest quality standards.

Samples

We issue samples for both our current and prospective customers. You can therefore see the weld result and even test it yourself to validate it before acquiring any equipment. Should you purchase one of our machines, we will send you the weld report with all the programmes used so you do not have to reconfigure them.

Upon request, AXXAIR organises product demonstrations on our machines covering the entire orbital process including cutting, beveling and welding. We also offer training days specifically designed to demonstrate the use of our machines for your applications.

AXXAIR is qualified to carry out these training courses within the framework of the professional training agreement.
