AMX-115 Closed Orbital Weld Head
The AMX-115 closed weld head delivers high-quality, repeatable orbital welds in confined spaces while offering the same precision and performance as the SATFX range. Compatible with multiple industry-standard orbital welding power sources, it provides maximum flexibility for integration into existing welding systems and production environments.
Designed for orbital welding through a simple fusion process without adding filler metal, the AMX-115 is ideal for thin-wall stainless steel tubing from 12–115 mm (0.5–4.5 in.) O.D. and less than 3 mm wall thickness. It is also well suited for oxidation-sensitive nickel and titanium alloys, making it ideal for aerospace, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, chemical processing, food and beverage, and other high-purity applications.
