Customer Testimonials
“On the field, part of my job is to check the quality by pigging the pipeline. A Pig is a device that goes in the pipeline to clean the pipe but can also be used to detect any leaks or manufacturing issues such as bad welds. Some products such as sunscreen, toothpaste … are hard to clean and if a weld is not flush the product can get stuck in the joint.”

“This method of production allows the company to offer a global solution to our customers, to adapt to different sectors of activity, and to have diversity in the projects. Thanks to our two separate stainless steel/steel workshops, we respect the handling guidelines of metal flows so as not to contaminate the material. Our machinery allows us to be autonomous in the manufacturing of boiler-made assemblies. We take into account technological developments, and we invest to meet the demands of our customers. Orbital welding is only one of many examples.”

A high-risk, fast-track construction project requiring flawless, leak-proof welds led STH Industrie to invest in orbital welding solutions to improve speed, quality, and customer value.
“After only half the demonstration, we were already convinced and decided to bet on quality!”

“On the industrial markets, there are some constraints or requirements, like selling to customers who are looking for partial pipe and tube. Some customers do not want to buy a full 24-foot length of pipe, and they want a very precise and clean cut within tight tolerance; some others want a perfect cut ready to be welded. Also, some of their customers work on job sites and need to receive the tube already cut at the right length and ready to be welded.”
