Our open welding heads all feature a device for tracking the out-of-roundness of tubes and are available with either an air- or a water-cooling system.
AXXAIR's SAXX power sources are easy to set up and operate. After only a few hours of training, you will be capable of mastering the power supply and with it all your welding tasks.
Our welding equipment guarantees high-quality results that will pass even the most critical of tests (x-ray inspection). If all parameters - including the preparation and your surrounding - remain the same, you will receive the same level of quality, weld after weld.

We offer a range of different welding power supplies. The choice of model depends on the intended use, the tubes that are to be welded and the frequence of utilisation. We offer power sources with a maximum current of 300A.
Our power supplies are specifically designed for our orbital welding heads and machines which all respond to the high standards of industrial sectors such as pharmaceutics, food and beverage, petrochemicals and solar - amongst others of course.
AXXAIR also develops and manufactures orbital line weld machines for tubes: orbital welding machines with open or closed heads. We also offer plate welds, intended essentially for heat exchangers
