AXXAIR supports its customers in the complete cutting, squaring, bevelling and orbital welding process in over sixty countries worldwide.
Our Support team is customer-oriented and driven by long-term customer's satisfaction. This starts with determining the welding parameters in pre-sale phase including the preparation. We then subsequently train the staff on the equipment to ensure users are capable of dealing with the applications they will have to manage by themselves.

Equipment warranty

From the date of delivery of the equipment, once the warranty card has been returned to us, we apply a 24-month warranty for the mechanical and pneumatic components and 12-months for the electrical and electronic components. All our suppliers are selected with high-Quality criteria.

Samples

We produce samples on behalf of our current and prospective customers. You can therefore see the result of welding and even test it yourself to validate it before purchasing. Should you purchase the equipment, we supply the weld report with all the programs used to avoid having to repeat them.

Training

Your goal is to raise awareness or train your employees in orbital welding before going after new markets or projects
At your request, AXXAIR can schedule demonstrations on the entire orbital process (cutting, bevelling, welding). And set up training classes especially adapted to your applications.

AXXAIR is able to perform training sessions under the professional training agreement.

We organise 95% of transport on behalf of our customers worldwide, with or without tracking.
We can make your goods available one day after an order for the Cutting and Bevelling ranges and two weeks for the Welding range
